These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Franklin, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AgeWell Ascend regarding the use of the Service.
